She leverages her passion for diversity and growing careers with our authentic selves thru leadership training/speaking events & as an active executive leader of out@akamai (Akamai’s LGBTQ++ ERG). Jess started as coder & quickly moved into leadership roles where she rapidly grew Akamai’s services revenue by 5x in 4 years. More recently, she architected & leads the Technical Enablement org to accelerate productivity & increase internet experts throughout Akamai and our customers.

Director Infrastructure Planning and Acquisitions, Oath a new division of Yahoo

Mehmet enjoys being part of a team which builds massive scale network and datacenter infrastructure. He has built large scale critical dns systems for Microsoft (AzureDNS), ICANN(L-Root) and helped deliver Windows 10 to hundreds of millions of users world-wide in August 2015 as well as clean millions of malware infected machines as part of supporting Microsoft's Digital Crimes Unit team. Mehmet has also worked nearly 2 years at Yahoo! as a part of the senior leadership team within network infrastructure group responsible negotiations , peering , interconnection strategy and budget and vendor management during one of the largest ever deployment and expansion of Yahoo network expanding capacity 10x-25x within 16 months.

Mehmet has some prior experience in technologies such as Anycast. He has worked in the team which signed Root zone with DNSSEC. He is also very interested in IPv6 and has enabled IPv6 for ICANN, L-Root and the famous www.microsoft.com. Mehmet has been awarded 1 patent by US Patent office and have 7 pending patent applications where he is inventor or co-inventor.

Mehmet is currently having so much fun at Yahoo! as Chief Negotiator and Director of Global Infrastructure Planning and Acquisitions building one of the world's largest network infrastructure to support 6B+ annual revenue! Mehmet has held similar responsibilities at Microsoft as Director of Strategic Sourcing in Global Network Acquisition Group which focuses on network pops , data centers , subsea cables planning , dark fibre , metro waves and much more for Microsoft empowering Microsoft Cloud(Azure), Office365, Xbox, Skype and other Microsoft properties.

Anna is currently based in Sydney and works at Telstra at the convergence of the traditional broadcast industry and leading-edge telecommunications and digital platforms. In addition to her role at Telstra, Anna is a board member of the SMPTE Australia section, represents Telstra on the Board of Directors of IABM, and is active in industry initiatives around sports, innovation and women in technology.

During the most recent ten years, she and her teams have majored in creating the sorts of inclusive environments where everyone can be heard and excel, but most importantly in working with businesses globally to have them understand the link between the creation of inclusion, the achievement of tangible business results and the need to link it all back to the people agenda.

Tyler Woods works on audience development and operations for Yahoo! Sports at newly minted Oath,inc. He currently serves as co-head of the LGBTQIA employee resource group, PRISM, in Oath's Los Angeles office. Tyler loves all things media and he has a strong passion for bringing diversity and inclusion to digital media. Before Oath/Yahoo, he worked for a literary agent at William Morris Endeavor. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and Classics from Stanford University.
